for Bubble Time

Mygictools LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides Bubble Time - Focus+Task Timer (“Bubble Time” or the “App”). This policy explains how information is handled when you use the App or contact us for support. It applies to Bubble Time, rather than other products or websites.
1. Information handled by the App
Your timers, tasks, notes, activity records, and app preferences are stored locally on your device. We do not collect, upload, receive, or store this app data on our servers.
Bubble Time does not require an account and does not provide cloud synchronization. It does not include advertising, tracking, or third-party analytics or crash-reporting SDKs. We do not sell or share personal information for advertising or track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
2. Apple services and device backups
Apple processes App Store downloads, purchases, and billing. We do not receive your payment card details. Apple may separately process purchase information, diagnostics, or other information in connection with its services and your device settings. See Apple’s Privacy Policy for its practices.
Device backups, including iCloud backups if enabled, are controlled by your Apple settings. These backups do not give Mygictools LLC access to your app data and are separate from app-based cloud synchronization.
3. Contacting us
If you email us, we receive your email address and any information or attachments you voluntarily provide. We use this information to respond, provide support, and resolve the issue you report. Our email service provider processes correspondence on our behalf. We may also disclose information when required by applicable law.
We do not send marketing emails or newsletters for Bubble Time. We may reply to messages you send us.
4. Retention and deletion
We do not maintain server copies of your app data. Deleting the App removes its locally stored data from your device. Device backups or separately saved copies may remain and must be managed separately.
We retain support correspondence only as long as reasonably necessary to address your request and meet applicable legal obligations. Contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you provided through support.
5. Children’s privacy
Bubble Time does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the App. If you believe a child has provided personal information through support, please contact us so we can take appropriate steps to delete it.
6. Security
Local data is protected by the security features of your device and operating system. We use reasonable safeguards for support correspondence, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes to Bubble Time or our practices. Updates will appear on this page with a revised date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before applying material changes.
